Your order is assigned to a supplier for delivery.
Confirming Your Delivery
An email will provide your delivery date confirmation and the phone number for the supplier serving your order.
Your Dump Truck Delivery
Your material arrives by dump truck at your driveway or another location you designate on the property.
Delivery-Day Information
Prepare Before Arrival
- Remove obstructions from the material placement area
- For dump truck entry, provide a 12-foot-wide route clear of hanging branches and wires.
- Use a flag, cone, or another visible item to identify the dump spot
- Being present is not required. Leave access open and provide directions for placement.
- Keep your phone nearby in case the driver calls or texts for confirmation
While the Material Is Delivered
- For placement questions, the driver may call or text
- The material is unloaded in a pile at the marked location
- The usual unloading spot is a driveway or accessible area beside it
- Delivery generally lasts about 10-15 minutes

Delivery Questions
Is it necessary to be home for delivery?
No. Leave the route open and indicate the desired dump spot. The driver will unload there as instructed.
What order size is available?
Order any quantity, starting with a single ton and going up to a full multi-ton load. Use the calculator for your project size, or tell us what is needed so the material can be loaded.
Can material be dumped in my backyard?
Safe unloading requires a flat, unobstructed area for the dump truck. A backyard drop is available if the truck can get there; otherwise, material is typically placed in the driveway or next to the street.
What happens if my order is too large or too small?
The calculator can help estimate the amount needed. Place a separate order if more material is required. Refer to the refund policy for cancellations.
Are weekend deliveries offered?
Delivery is currently offered on weekdays only (Monday through Friday). Select the preferred date at checkout.
What delivery confirmation is sent?
An email with order and delivery information is sent immediately. We will then contact you to confirm the delivery date and share the supplier's contact information.
What if the truck cannot reach my property?
A dump truck needs a 12-foot-wide access route without low branches or overhead wires. If it cannot enter the site, the driver will unload at the nearest safe location. Contact us before placing an order if site access is a concern.
